Spiritual traditions worldwide have always affirmed that we should  cultivate a relationship with Stillness and the Great Nothingness of the Cosmos. However, these teachings rarely suffice in helping us navigate the inner and outer barriers that undercut our efforts toward Being Still.

Seeking Stillness and the Great Nothingness of the Cosmos explores the true spiritual imperative behind Stillness from a Western Esoteric perspective, clarifying our understanding and enhancing our capacity to form an enduring relationship with these Cosmic mysteries. A sequence of direct methods is presented which enables us to acquire first-hand experience of the qualities of Stillness.

With this foundation, we can move beyond our internal and external barriers to Stillness, reversing the Creation process by making Nothing out of the Something we are now. This seeming paradox is the open secret of inner transformation at all levels, through which we come to know ourselves as more than human beings.
